Our sessions are intended to support relaxation, creativity, self-expression and general wellbeing.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Elizart's services are not medical treatment, psychological treatment or a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice.

2. Bookings

Bookings may be made through our Website, by email, through a third-party booking system or through another agreed method.

A booking is considered confirmed once Elizart has accepted the booking and, where applicable, payment has been received.

For private, corporate or bespoke bookings, specific terms may be agreed separately in writing.

3. Payments

Prices will be displayed or communicated before you make a booking.

Payment may be required in advance or at another time agreed with Elizart.

For private or bespoke services, we may require a deposit to secure the booking.

All prices and payment arrangements will be confirmed at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Our cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the type of service booked.

Unless different terms have been agreed in writing:

  • Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel.

  • If a session is cancelled by Elizart, you will normally be offered an alternative date or a refund for any payment made for that session.

  • Refunds for cancellations made by clients will be considered in accordance with the circumstances and any cancellation terms provided at the time of booking.

  • Deposits for bespoke or private bookings may be non-refundable where this has been clearly stated before payment.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

5. Changes to sessions

We reserve the right to change, postpone or cancel a session where reasonably necessary, including because of illness, safety concerns, venue issues, circumstances beyond our reasonable control or insufficient attendance.

Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice and offer an alternative arrangement or refund where appropriate.

6. Participation and safety

You are responsible for informing us before a session of any relevant requirements that may affect your ability to participate safely.

Our yoga, movement, meditation, sound and creative sessions are designed to be adaptable, but participation is voluntary.

You should work within your own physical and personal limits and stop participating if you feel unwell, uncomfortable or unsafe.

If you have a medical condition, injury, pregnancy or other concern that may affect your participation, you should seek appropriate professional advice before taking part.

7. No medical or therapeutic guarantee

Elizart's services are designed to promote general wellbeing, creativity, relaxation and self-expression.

We do not guarantee any particular physical, psychological, emotional or therapeutic outcome.

Our services should not be relied upon as a replacement for advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.

8. Photography and filming

From time to time, photographs or videos may be taken during Elizart sessions or events.

We will seek appropriate permission before using identifiable photographs or videos of individuals for promotional or marketing purposes.

You may contact us if you have questions about photography or filming at a particular event.

9. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Elizart name, branding, website content, written materials, artwork, graphics, photographs and other original materials created by or for Elizart belong to Elizart or the relevant rights holder.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially use Elizart materials without permission.

Where you create artwork during an Elizart session, you generally retain ownership of your own creative work unless a different arrangement has been agreed.

10. Third-party websites and services

Our Website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services.

We are not responsible for the content, security, availability or privacy practices of third-party websites or services.

You should review their own terms and privacy policies before using them.

11. Limitation of liability

We will take reasonable care in providing our services.

To the extent permitted by law, Elizart will not be responsible for loss or damage arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control or from a participant's failure to follow reasonable safety instructions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Events and venues

Where Elizart provides services at a third-party venue, participants may also be subject to that venue's own rules and safety requirements.

Participants are expected to follow reasonable instructions given by Elizart and the relevant venue.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will be published on this page and will apply to future bookings and use of the Website.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any applicable consumer rights.
